jilima is licensed and operated for players physically located in the Philippines. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is forbidden.
Each player may hold only one jilima account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited pending review.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, collude with other players, or use automated tools constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilima ("jilima," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jilima.one and associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and all additional rules and policies published on the Platform from time to time. To be eligible to register and use jilima, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
jilima reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
Each player may maintain only one (1) account on jilima. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and date of birth. jilima is not liable for any consequences arising from false or inaccurate registration information.
As required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), jilima is obligated to verify the identity of all players prior to processing cash withdrawals. You must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, or UMID Card). jilima processes KYC submissions typically within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes during operating hours.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jilima will never request your password via live chat, SMS, or email. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you, is your sole responsibility. You must notify jilima support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All financial transactions on jilima are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilima accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability.
The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. jilima does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Verified players may request withdrawals to their registered GCash or Maya accounts at any time, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. jilima targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals within five (5) minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
jilima is required to comply with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). jilima reserves the right to request documentation of the source of funds and to delay, suspend, or refuse withdrawal requests that trigger AML review procedures. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
An account is considered dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity. jilima may apply a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 50 to dormant accounts after providing thirty (30) days prior notice to the registered email address.
jilima offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
All games on jilima use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent accredited testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over statistically significant sample sizes and represent theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee results in individual sessions.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, jilima reserves the right to void any wager affected by the error. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable game malfunction are not payable. jilima's technical logs constitute the authoritative record in all disputes regarding game outcomes.
Live casino games are governed by the additional rules displayed in each game lobby, hosted by third-party providers whose terms also apply. For sports betting, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of each sport shall be final for settlement purposes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilima Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
All content on the jilima Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, user interface elements, software architecture, written content, and multimedia — is the intellectual property of jilima or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the jilima Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jilima.
jilima processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering with jilima, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
jilima will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with PAGCOR, AMLC, and other regulatory authorities only as required by Philippine law. For the complete description of how jilima handles your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilima's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.
jilima shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if jilima has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilima does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages are part of normal operations. jilima shall not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime, Internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibility.
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of jilima shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law, or referred to the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, as the parties may agree.
PAGCOR's regulatory decisions regarding licensing and compliance matters are final and not subject to appeal through jilima's dispute resolution process.
jilima reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the registered email address and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for regulatory compliance or player safety.
Your continued use of the jilima Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
